Delete your account

You can delete your Pekkish account yourself, from any browser or from the app. Nobody has to approve it.

1. How

1. Sign in with the email address you use for Pekkish.
2. Open Your account (the account menu on any page, or this link once signed in).
3. Press Delete my account at the bottom of the page and confirm.

2. What happens

• We stop every email to you straight away.
• Your name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, passkeys and sign-ins are erased 30 days later. Sign in before then and the account is kept instead.
• Orders you placed stay with the shops that made them, as their business records, with your name and contact details removed.

3. Can't sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
